Developing the MAF 5-Year Strategic Plan: Charting a Course for the Future
In tandem with our project management training, we also embarked on the development of the Michael Asawalam Foundation’s 5-year strategic plan. This strategic plan is a roadmap that outlines our vision, goals, and the strategic initiatives we will undertake to achieve our mission over the next five years.
